The Garden House is the ultimate romantic retreat providing seclusion and privacy for two adults plus one baby. All on one level, it provides easy access for guests with mobility issues and features luxurious accommodation with underfloor heating, a well equipped kitchen/living room and gorgeous ensuite wet room with two person rainfall shower.

The bedroom has a King size Hypnos bed, ample storage and direct access to the sunny terrace outside. The living room provides access to the garden via its 3m long sliding glazed door.

 

The garden house welcomes two dogs and provides a secure, sunny garden perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday.

 

During the summer the south/west facing terrace provides the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet with a G&T or glass of fizz – there are sun loungers, Barlow Tyrie garden furniture and a Weber gas BBQ (gas provided free of charge).

The kitchen has everything needed to make your stay stress free and easy including fridge/freezer, NEFF cooker and hob, Nespresso machine and coffee pods, Nutribullet, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Blender, Microwave and there’s even a Wonderboom so you can play your favourite music from your phone. We also provide entertainment packages including Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The house has an open and airy feel with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The glazed wall which looks onto the garden provides a beautiful backdrop for romantic meals for two or simply relaxing on the sofa in front of the television.

It is the perfect base to explore North Norfolk – close to boutique shops, National Trust properties, fabulous restaurants and pubs – it’s even a 2 minute stroll to our award winning village pub!
